The fulfillment of the Great Commision found in Matt. 6:10, is now possible without depending on 'White Missionaries'. Trained, dedicated National Missionaries are able to go out and evangilize their country; preaching and teaching as one who is accepted and belongs.

National
Education Program:
Many children have to travel up to 15 miles one way on jungle trails to get to school, so most children do not start school until they are 9 or 10. Most will not complete their schooling because of this.
So that younger children can attend school, SOLMA has developed nursery and primary grade level classes utilizing local church buildings. Help is needed to purchase scholastic supplies, uniforms, text books, chalk boards, even to register the school.

The Village of Hope:
The devastation of tribal conflicts, AIDS and poverty are ravaging Uganda and the surrounding countries. Inevitably, the most vulnerable are the children without parents or guardians, and the widows.
SOLMA has been given land in Kyenjojo district at the Kyaka 11 refugee resettlement camp. Were we are intending to begin construction of the "Village of Hope". The cost of a completely outfitted home for 8 orphans & a widow as the 'house mother' is only $2500.00 usd or 3200 cdn.

Bikes & Motorcycles for Ministry :
Transportation is a very important part of ministry in Africa. District Overseers often travel many kilometers each day to reach all of the Churches in their districts every month.
SOLMA is able to purchase and supply bicycles to these dedicated people with your help.

Evangelism Program:
Salvation is the first step towards right thinking and right living.
Each month, SOLMA sponsors the District Overseers to host Christian Seminars for believers during the daytime and evangelistic crusades in the evening. Each event is dedicated to preaching The Gospel of Power & reaching the lost.

Many children and adults suffer needlessly with worm infestations and poor nutrition.
SOLMA is able to distribute Mebendazole and Vitamin 'A' through our National Health Program, thanks entirely to those who have partnered with us in this vital ministry.

Generating Program:
Our vision is to implement income generation projects through the local chuch. These will help restore communities and eventually support local ministry in a sustainable manner.
One project already underway is the planting of Kalitunsi (Eucalyptus tree) seedlings. The first crop is almost ready to be harvested.
